Terms of Service

By installing the WA Shooter Chrome extension, creating an account, or using our website at washooter.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.

WA Shooter is a Chrome browser extension that integrates with WhatsApp Web to help users send personalized messages to multiple contacts in a structured, scheduled manner. Features include:

• Personalized message delivery with custom variables
• AI-powered message rewriting and variant generation
• Spam score analysis
• Campaign analytics and reporting
• Contact import from CSV/XLSX files
• Opt-out management

The service is provided "as is" and subject to change at our sole discretion.

You agree to use WA Shooter only for lawful purposes and in compliance with WhatsApp's Terms of Service. You agree that you will NOT use WA Shooter to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to people who have not consented to receive them.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm any individual or group.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or fraudulent content.
• Impersonate any person, business, or organisation.
• Violate any applicable laws, including anti-spam legislation (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TRAI, etc.).
• Send messages to contacts obtained without their consent.
• Circumvent or abuse WhatsApp's rate limits in a manner that endangers account integrity.
• Resell or sublicense access to the extension or its features.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

You are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining prior consent from all contacts before sending them messages.
• The content of all messages you send.
• Maintaining the security of your WA Shooter account credentials.
• Ensuring your use complies with all laws applicable to you and your recipients.
• Any consequences arising from violations of WhatsApp's Terms of Service on your accounts.

WA Shooter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp.

Trial: New accounts receive a 3-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.

Paid Plans: After trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

Billing: Monthly plans are billed each calendar month. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months. All payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international).

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining unused days of a billing period, except as required by applicable law.

Refund Policy: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for technical failures attributable to us. Contact support@washooter.com within 7 days of the charge.

WA Shooter and all associated intellectual property (code, design, branding, documentation) are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not: copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the extension or any part of the service.

WhatsApp Account Risk: Using automation tools with WhatsApp may violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service. We make no guarantees that use of WA Shooter will not result in restrictions, suspensions, or bans of your WhatsApp account. You assume all such risks.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, WA Shooter and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WA Shooter, its founders, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any messages you send using the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Non-payment of subscription fees.
• Any conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@washooter.com. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jaipur, Rajasthan], India. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting legal@washooter.com.
