How to create WhatsApp groups automatically from a contact list or Google Sheet

Why auto-creating groups matters

WhatsApp groups are the highest-engagement channel you have. Open rates on group messages run 3–5× higher than individual messages because recipients see them as community content, not individual outreach. The bottleneck is always the setup — nobody wants to build the same 50-person group twelve times for twelve cities.

Method 1: Paste phone numbers directly

This is the fastest path when you already have a list of numbers somewhere:

1. Open WA Shooter in your WhatsApp Web side panel.
2. Go to Groups → Create Groups.
3. Paste your numbers into the input box — one per line, or comma-separated. Include country codes (e.g. +91 98765 43210).
4. Set a group name, optional icon, and the max members per group (WhatsApp allows up to 1024, but 50–200 is usually better for engagement).
5. Click Create Groups. WA Shooter validates each number, batches them into groups, and creates them in WhatsApp automatically.
